Rockbourne Road: House Refurbishment and Extension in Forest Hill
Ryan & Sons Construction completed a full house refurbishment at Rockbourne Road in Forest Hill, near Dulwich, South London. The project combined a basement conversion, double-storey rear extension and loft conversion with an en-suite bathroom, alongside refurbishment throughout the property.
The finished home includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a kitchen, utility room and a dedicated library and reading room. Outside, the works included the driveway and landscaping.
Basement conversion with underfloor heating
The basement conversion created additional usable space within the property, with underfloor heating installed at basement level. This formed part of a comprehensive approach to improving the home, from the basement through to the loft.
Double-storey rear extension and loft conversion
The double-storey rear extension added space across two floors, while the loft conversion brought the roof space into use and incorporated an en-suite bathroom.
Full house refurbishment
Alongside the structural additions and conversions, we carried out a full refurbishment of the house. The scope included the four-bedroom, four-bathroom accommodation, kitchen, utility room and library and reading room.
Driveway and landscaping
Driveway works and landscaping completed the external improvements, bringing the outdoor areas into the wider refurbishment project.
