Ryan & Sons Construction is a building company led by Sean Ryan, working with homeowners and property developers across Bromley, North Kent and South East London.
We carry out house extensions, property refurbishments, new builds and structural alterations, bringing together the trades needed to take a project from the main building work through to the finishing details.
Our approach is straightforward: understand what you want to achieve, explain what the work involves and keep quality and communication at the centre of the project.
THE PERSON BEHIND THE BUILD
I’m Sean, the owner of Ryan & Sons Construction.
Choosing a builder is a big decision. You’re trusting someone with your property, your money and, often, the home you live in. I want clients to know who they’re dealing with and feel comfortable asking questions.
For me, a successful project is about more than the finished photographs. It’s about clear conversations, practical decisions and attention to the work that goes on behind the walls as well as the finish you see.
Our projects include a replacement four-bedroom home in the borough of Bromley, an extension and full refurbishment in Sevenoaks, and an open-plan kitchen extension in Dulwich.
